Privacy Policy for Spendivo

Spendivo helps users manage personal expenses, income, business parties, ledger entries, and invoices.

Data We Collect

Spendivo may collect or store:

• Mobile number for Firebase phone sign-in.
• Profile details entered by the user, such as name, email, mobile number, country code, currency, and theme preference.
• Expense, income, party, ledger, and bill/invoice records entered by the user.
• Device and advertising identifiers used by Google AdMob to show ads and measure ad performance.
• Technical data processed by Firebase services to authenticate users and keep app data synced.

How Data Is Used

We use data to:

• Sign users in securely.
• Save and sync Spendivo account data.
• Show app features such as reports, invoices, and party balances.
• Show ads through Google AdMob.
• Protect the app from abuse and improve reliability.

Third-Party Services

Spendivo uses Google services including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Google AdMob. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

Data Sharing

Spendivo does not sell user data. Data may be processed by Google Firebase and Google AdMob as required for authentication, cloud sync, ads, security, and service operation.

Security

Cloud data is protected by Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules so users can access only their own Spendivo data.

Delete Account And Data

Users can delete their Spendivo account data inside the app:

Profile -> Delete account data

This removes local Spendivo data from the phone and deletes Firebase account/cloud data when the user is signed in.
